Battle Brawlers[]
Battle Brawlers (バトルブローラーズ) is a team of consisting Bakugan battlers and also supporters that always fight for the good and peace. The leaders of the team is Dan and Drago. They are now resided in Bakugan City.
- Danma Kuso (空操 弾馬) : 20-years-old. The leader, Pyrus and No.1 battler in ranking. His partner is Celestia Dragonoid.
- Shun Kazami (風見 駿) : 20-years-old. The Ventus and No.2 battler in ranking (before Spectra entered the official Bakugan Battle Tournament). His partner is Ventus Jaakor/Nux/Nacs, and minor bakugans are Darkus Skytruss Orbeum.
- Choji Marukura (丸蔵 兆治) : 19-years-old. The Aquos and No.3 battler in ranking (before Spectra entered the official Bakugan Battle Tournament). His partner is Aquos Radizen/Luger and temporary owned Roxtor/Rockster, Mira's partner bakugan.
- Runo Misaki (美咲 琉乃) : 20-years-old. Once a Haos Battler, but she retired from Bakugan Battle. She now is helping Mira and Spectra who are developing new Vestal technology including Battle suits along with Gus. She and Mira always seen as supporting the Brawlers as Operators.
- Mira Fermin (ミラ・フェルミン) : 21-years-old. The Subterra battler, but she retired from Bakugan Battle, now is a developer of new Vestal technology including Battle suits. She is helping developing Battle suits with her brother, Keith AKA Spectra and helps from Runo and Gus as well. She and Runo always seen as supporting the Brawlers as Operators. Her partner is Subterra Roxtor/Rockster which will temporary owned by Marucho by special cases.
- Spectra Phantom (スペクトラ・ファントム) : 24-years-old. Also known as Keith Fermin, the Darkus and new No.2 battler in ranking. He is the older brother of Mira and is developing new Vestal technology including Battle suits with her and help from Gus and Runo. His partner is Darkus Infinity Helios.
- Gus Grav (ガス・グラヴ) : 23-years-old. The Subterra and do not enter the battle tournament. He and Runo are helping Spectra and Mira in developing new Vestal technology including Battle suits. His partner is Subterra Rex Vulcan.
Savior Jewish[]
Savior Jewish (救済カバラ王国 Kyūsai Kabara Oukoku, lit. Monarchy of Kabbalah Salvation), the home of Juné, the spirits and all of Ratatoskr's members. It is stated to be the Utopia of living. It is also hard to teleport or find in any radars or dimensions as Savior Jewish completely hid its location to protect its residents via the power of the Share energies.
- Juné La Miquera (ジュネ・ラー・ミケーラ) : Approx 24-years-old. The current "Goddess" of Savior Jewish and Grand Commander of Ratatoskr. She is a Bakugan Battler and her official partners are Haos and Darkus Leonidas, the twin dragons. She is also seen being accompanied by the revived Nonets.
- Roma Kamibane (神御羽 良真 “ローマ”) : 20-years-old. The Deus of Savior Jewish and the No.3 Vice-Commander for Ratatoskr. He is also a Pyrus and Subterra Battler with two bakugan partners, Svarog and Grannus.
- Yoshino Himekawa (氷芽川 四糸乃) : 12-years-old. A spirit known as <Hermit>, she is the first daughter adopted as Juné's daughter.
- Natsumi Kyouno (鏡野 七罪) : 12-years-old. A spirit known as <Witch>, she is the second daughter adopted as Juné's daughter.
Ratatoskr[]
Ratatoskr Organization (ラタトスク機関), an organization created for the purpose of resolving the greatest calamities such as "Devourers", that devour one world and another. The organization now fighting against Devourers and the Apostles of the Evil Deity.
- General Boot (ジェナラル ブート) : The no.1 Vice Commander in Ratatoskr.
- Kyouhei Kannazuki (神無月 恭平) : The no.2 Vice Commander in Ratatoskr.
- Reine Murasame (村雨 令音) : The Analysis officer and Head medic for the airship Fraxinus.
- Artemisia Bell Ashcroft (アルテミシア・ベル・アシュクロフト) : The No.1 Wizard and right-handed woman Juné.
- Elliot Baldwin Woodman (エリオット・ボールドウィン・ウッドマン) : The co-founder of the organization and benefactor. He is also the adoptive father of Juné La Miquera.
- Karen Nora Mathers (カレン・ノーラ・メイザース) : The secretary of Elliot and working for Juné as well.
Antagonists[]
Evil Deity : The main antagonist of the story. She is the last and only True God and wished to perish all humanity and existences in the whole universe. She is the creator of the Devourers and reviving dead people as her pawns which later known to be the Apostles of Evil Deity (邪神の使徒).
Known Apostles of Evil Deity :
- Mag Mel (マグメル) : He is shown to be revived but he and Razenoid would be defeated by the Battle Brawlers and cease to exist again. His partner bakugan is Razenoid/Razen.
Hex (Vexos in Dubbed)[]
- Mylene Pharaoh (ミレーヌ・ファロウ) : She is shown to be revived. The Aquos Battler and likely the leader in the group. Her partner is Aquos Charybdis.
- Shadow Prove (シャドウ・プローヴ) : He is shown to be revived. The Darkus Battler. His partner is Darkus Basilisk.
- Volt Luster (ヴォルト・ラスター) : He is shown to be revived. The Haos Battler. His partner is Haos Wolpertinger .
- Lync Volan (リンク・ボラン) : He is shown to be revived. The Ventus Battler. His partner is Ventus Simurgh.
- Hydron (ハイドロン) : He is shown to be revived. The former prince of Vestal and a Subterra Battler. His partner is Subterra Sleipnir.
- Professor Clay Fermin (クレイ・フェルミン) : He is shown to be revived. He was mentioned to be likely to be revive as Mylene them did by Juné. His revival is the main reason of Mira and Spectra strongly wished to fight along with Ratatoskr, as to reunite with their father. Juné is also trying her own ways of contacting Professor Clay for their sakes.
- Zenoheld (ゼノヘルド) : The former King/Ruler of Vestal. He died in the explosion of the Alternative along with his son, Hydron and Professor Clay. Though he yet to appear in the story as the rest of the Vexos's members already shown to be revived, there's a high possibility that Zenoheld is also revived. He would be the Pyrus Battler of Vexos.

- The subtitle, "Genesis : Assault Code" foreshadowed the final battle with Evil deity, whom is the only True God that wished to perish all humanity.
- Genesis means Origin, referring the True Gods that created the universe and all living beings. The gods are the creators/origins of all creations.
- Assault means strike , referring Ratatoskr (Humanity) is striking back at the mighty God.
- Code has several meanings yet, the most suitable meaning to the story is secret figures as it may referred to the seals of Shem-Ha being hidden and scattered across all universes. When it is together with Assault, Assault Code it somehow like Plan A or sort.
